Your data needs to be secure and it needs to be reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - without fail. That's why we have employed a fully redundant, always avaliable solution.

When you backup your data it is actually backuped to 3 different worldwide locations, 1 in the UK, 1 in Austria and 1 in Germany.

Each client once they have signed up, is assigned to a cluster of 3 servers in those various locations. When you upload your data it is seamlessly transferred to the other servers in the cluster. If 1 server should fall over then you will still be able to upload / download your data with the 2 servers and when the first server comes backup the data will be transferred to that one without you having to do anything.
